THE BEST BIKE RIDE
THE FLUME TRAIL

HOW DIFFICULT?
This ride has lots of uphill and is very strenuous but your reward will be probably the best view of Lake Tahoe.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
About one half mile on Highway 28 south of Highway 50 is a Nevada State Park parking lot on Spooner Summit. From the parking lot, ride down the hill towards Sponner Lake and take the North Canyon Road. Then just follow the signs and catch your breath because you
are going to need it.

Triple-A Baseball comes to Reno - The Reno Aces
Photography provided by the Reno Aces

Triple-A Baseball comes to northern Nevada in the form of the Reno Aces, top affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The Aces, a member of the storied Pacific Coast League, play in sparkling-new Aces Ballpark, in the heart of downtown Reno. The ballpark has been widely lauded for its classic style and architectural elements, which are only complemented by state-of-the-art, modern amenities for fans and players alike.

Aces Ballpark offers one of the most affordable family entertainment options around, with ticket prices ranging from $7 to $29. Among the park’s highlights are a Kids Zone beyond the centerfield wall, a unique Baseball Mountain area that features scenic views of the picturesque Truckee River and the downtown Reno skyline, and a number of group party areas.

Triple-A Baseball has long offered one of the most exciting brands of sports entertainment in the world. As the highest level of Minor League Baseball, the Aces and their Pacific Coast League counterparts boast rosters comprised of the game’s top up-and-coming prospects and recent Major Leaguers.

The Aces are managed by Brett Butler, a former National League All-Star who spent 17 years in the Major Leagues. Butler is universally considered one of the premier leadoff hitters in baseball history and a prime candidate for a manager’s position in Major League Baseball.

The Aces play a 144-game schedule, with 72 dates in Reno from April to September. The club features a jam-packed promotional schedule, with regular giveaways including bobbleheads, t-shirts, jerseys, caps and more. Fireworks follow every Friday home game.

To catch a game, call (775) 334-4700 or visit www.RenoAces.com for ticketing information.
